Q: Do you have a minimum order size?

A: There is no minimum order requirement. However, we offer a stocking dealer program that can help reduce your costs if you meet the specified minimum order quantity.

 

Q: What is your Lead Time?

A: Delivery is 4-6 weeks, sometimes sooner, depending on stock.

 

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Send all orders to orders@kevinobrienstudio.com and heather@kevinobrienstudio. Orders are acknowledged via email within two business days after being placed. If your order has not been acknowledged within that timeframe, please contact us to confirm its receipt. Be sure to check your order acknowledgments carefully for quantities, pricing, shipping address, estimated ship date, and any special instructions you provided with your order. Additionally, please submit your current resale tax certificate along with your order.

 

Q: What is your freight program?

Q: How do you ship your product?

A: We ship FedEx unless otherwise requested. FedEx shipping and handling charges will be added to all invoices. There is a $10 fee for drop (blind) shipments. All orders shipped to a residential address will be sent “signature required” unless our waiver is signed. No residential orders will ship “no signature required” without a signed waiver form (see cc. auth form).

 

Q: Do you do business internationally?

A: Yes

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: All products are custom-made after payment terms have been approved. Orders will not proceed to production until payment arrangements are confirmed and finalized. A Tax ID Number is necessary for all new accounts. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Established domestic accounts may pay via bank transfer, pre-pay via check, or apply for net 30-day terms, subject to credit approval. These terms can be revoked at any time at the Company’s discretion.

 

Q: Do you offer customization?

A: For an additional fee, our decorative pillows and velvet throws can be customized in size. We require a 50% deposit on all custom orders, with the balance due when the product ships. There are no returns on custom orders.

 

Q: Can I request swatch Samples?

A: Some swatches are available upon request (velvets, mohair, coral reef, etc.). The first five swatches, per project, are free; additional swatches are $10 per swatch, plus shipping cost. Please allow 6-8 business days to receive. If expedited shipping is required, please provide a UPS or FedEx account number or a credit card. Send all swatch requests to heather@kevinobrienstudio.com
