Q: Do you have a minimum order size?
A: No
Q: What is your Lead Time?
A: Orders are manufactured on demand and typically shipped within 6 to 8 weeks of order confirmation. For rush orders requiring earlier delivery, please indicate a "must-have-by date" when placing your order. We will do our very best to accommodate all specific timing requests. Please note that mirrors with shaped bevels currently have an extended lead time of approximately 16 weeks. Consider non-beveled mirrors for a quicker lead time.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place your order in several ways, including a) directly through our website, b) by email at orders@friedmanbrothers.com, c) by calling our toll-free number (800) 327-1065, or d) by fax at (727) 573-1130. Your territory Sales Representative is always happy to assist you if you wish to place an order. Orders are acknowledged via email within two business days after being placed. If your order has not been acknowledged within that timeframe, please contact us to confirm its receipt. Be sure to check your order acknowledgments carefully for quantities, pricing, shipping address, estimated ship date, and any special instructions you provided with your order. Additionally, please submit your current resale tax certificate along with your order.
Q: What is your freight program?
A: All orders are FOB Largo, Florida. LTL Kerbside Delivery to the Mainland USA is $250 for the first product, $125 for each additional product, a $100 residential upcharge, and $100 for items over 8 feet.
Q: How do you ship your product?
A: All items are packaged to ensure safe shipping to their destination. Unless specific instructions are provided at the time of order placement, our shipping department will exercise their best judgment in selecting a freight carrier. Please note, at the time of your order, if you require any special services such as a lift gate, residential delivery, a “must have by” date, 24-hour notification, etc., or if you have specific receiving days or times.
Depending on the size of the order and the products, orders will either be boxed or crated. Oversize products and orders with three or more products will be palletized for shipment via a common carrier. Palletized shipments and products weighing over 75 lbs are not recommended for residential delivery.
Q: Do you do business internationally?
A: Friedman can service all international accounts. For established international accounts, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, with the balance due before shipment. New international accounts must be prepaid at the time of order placement. All the Company’s products comply with NAFTA, so please let us know if we should include a commercial invoice and a certificate of origin with your shipment. International shipments are FOB Largo, Florida. Crating for export will be quoted separately.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: All products are custom-made after payment terms have been approved. Orders will not proceed to production until payment arrangements are confirmed and finalized. A Tax ID Number is necessary for all new accounts. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Established domestic accounts may apply for net 30-day terms, subject to credit approval. These terms can be revoked at any time at the Company’s discretion.
Q: Can I change the designs on your product?
A: We can customize a design to fit the size and finish. Some restrictions may apply depending on the design. You can also submit an inspiration image or request adaptations of our designs. For any necessary changes, please email quotes@friedmanbrothers.com with your specific requests, and we will respond with a quote or suggestions if the piece does not allow for the requested changes.
Q: Can I request Finish Samples?
A: Our Signature Finish Samples consist of 6 Gold and 6 Silver Leaf finishes. These are available for free upon request after the order is received or for purchase prior to placing the order for $100. All Signature Finishes are priced at standard rates. You can request paint color matches (Benjamin Moore/Sherwin Williams). For wood stains and specialty finishes, we ask that you send us a sample for matching.
